We hope that you are truly satisfied with your purchase at Cardzone. However, if you are not fully satisfied, or want to return a faulty item, please follow the guidance below.


Please contact us at CustomerServices@cardzoneltd.com with your order reference number and reason for return and we will advise you from there. You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days, and the item must be received by our warehouse within the following 14 days. Please note we cannot accept returns on personalised or perishable items.

The item must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. It must also be returned with the receipt or delivery note enclosed within your package. You will return the item to the warehouse at your own delivery costs.

If the item returned does not make it back to us in time, we will require a proof of postage for a full refund to be made. We will refund to the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.

Please note: we cannot accept returns in store for items that are purchased online. Similarly, we cannot accept returns online for items bought in store.

Your Right To Cancel and our Returns Policy

Cardzone Ltd is confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, you have the right to cancel and return your order.

If the item has been damaged in the post then please contact us first with a photograph of the damaged product at CustomerServices@cardzoneltd.com , we will arrange for you to return within 14 days to receive a replacement or full refund.

In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post) please contact us.

Wrong Shipping Address

In the event that you have entered the wrong shipping address when placing your order, you must alert us to this as soon as possible through contacting CustomerServices@cardzoneltd.com. Prior to the parcel being shipped or delivered, we will be able to either change the address or cancel the order, allowing you to re-order your item. Once the item is in the post, we will not be able to give you a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Cardzone Ltd, Hexgreave Hall, Upper Hexgreave, Farnsfield. Nottingham NG22 8LS. Email: CustomerServices@cardzoneltd.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. A letter sent by post or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any good supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  • if there were no good supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you are communicating your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
